MINI-WRIGHT PEAK FLOW METERS

Peak flow meters allow patients to monitor their asthma and by recording this information, they can help their doctor decide the best course of treatment. These meters are calibrated by hand, to ensure that readings from any two meters are comparable; and also have a built-in one way valve that prevents an individual from inhaling through the device. Constructed from medical grade materials, they can be cleaned easily by agitation in mild detergent, rinsing and allowing to dry completely.
Standard range - Suitable for most older children and adults. Its measuring range is 60-800 liters per minute and comes complete with instructions for use, patient self-monitoring chart and sterilizable universal mouthpiece.
AFS Low Range – Specifically designed for children and the elderly. AFS technology ensures that readings are comparable with those from standard range meters. Its measuring range is 30-400 liters per minute and comes complete with instructions for use, patient self-monitoring chart and sterilizable pediatric mouthpiece.
